Kainos Capital Acquires InterHealth

InterHealth Nutraceuticals, Benicia, CA, a researcher, developer and marketer of branded nutraceutical ingredients, has been acquired by Kainos Capital, LLC, a Dallas, TX-based private equity firm with an exclusive focus on the food and consumer sector.
